ONTARIO Suscon

April 3–6, 2026 • Toronto, Ontario

The Ontario Suscon returns in 2026 for its second year — a gathering that celebrates the art and ritual of body suspension, as well as the community that we create around it. Building on the success of last year’s event, the 2026 Ontario Suscon will continue with the aim of bringing together practitioners and enthusiasts from across North America and around the world for a weekend of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Hosted by the Ontario Suspension Collective, this event is rooted in community and education. Through classes, workshops, panels, roundtables, hands-on demonstrations, and collaboration on the suspension floor, participants will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment, exploring and gaining greater knowledge about and a deeper understanding of this practice.

Join us in Toronto from April 3–6, 2026, and be part of a transformative experience where knowledge, creativity, and connection converge.

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & ROUNDTABLES

We heard what attendees at the 2025 Suscon had to share, and we thank you for this invaluable feedback! With your insights, we are building an even stronger educational program for the 2026 Ontario Suscon.

We have been reaching out to some of the most skilled practitioners in the international suspension community — inviting them to bring their skills and expertise, and to teach at the 2026 Ontario Suscon.

We are excited to announce who will be teaching, what the classes, workshops and roundtables will be, as well as the expanded course content we’ll be bringing in 2026.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll begin announcing the full lineup of workshops, roundtable discussions, and hands-on learning opportunities. We’ll be announcing the class lineup both here on the website and on our social media.

You can expect some of the best and brightest in the suspension community to be here to share their experience and knowledge. You can expect a broad range of topics designed to be of interest and support to both practitioners and enthusiasts, from those just getting started to those who have been involved in the community for a while.

THE 2026 LINE UP

WHATS NEW IN 2026

At the 2026 Suscon, we are dedicated to creating more hands-on learning opportunities for everyone. Although classes and workshops are great, we recognize that they are just one way that people learn.

We need to provide more time and space for demos and supervised hands-on learning opportunities.

In 2026, we plan to do just that.

We will have demos scheduled every day of the Suscon.

We will ensure that attendees have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in everything involved in running a suspension from start to finish. From cleaning, marking, and piercing, to running bio, to coaching, to rigging and belaying, to doing post — we want to ensure everyone gets a chance to gain this experience firsthand.

MORE HANDS-ON LEARNING

Product demos will focus on a specific item we use to facilitate suspensions. We’ll demonstrate how to use equipment and supplies properly, and we’ll highlight where you can get these products.

We will focus product demos on things like:

  • skin prep/cleaners

  • skin markers

  • piercing needles

  • hooks and shackles

  • rigs and rig line

  • climbing rope

  • pulley systems

  • belay devices

  • harnesses

  • carabiners

  • and more

COMMITTED TO EDUCATION
& BEST PRACTICES

What sets the Ontario Suscon apart is our commitment to education, best practices, and knowledge-sharing. This is a space where people at every stage of their suspension journey—whether brand new or decades into their practice—can learn, refine their skills, and collaborate on meaningful and creative projects.

How many points will there be?

  • 8 x Dynamic Points

  • 2 x Cubes

  • The Orbitron*

*We are looking into the logistics of transporting “The Orbitron” from its current location in the US to Canada.

Bringing this incredible piece of suspension equipment is challenging and will depend on the level of interest from attendees in taking it for a ride. If you are interested in taking The Orbitron for a spin, please note that an additional cost, in addition to registration, will be associated with it.

This additional funding helps cover our costs in bringing it to Canada and to cover the supplies used when suspending within it.

WELCOME TO
TORONTO

Toronto has a rich history in the international body suspension community, and we’re excited to host the 2026 Ontario Suscon here!

THE SUSCON ATTENDEE’S GUIDE TO TORONTO

We’re in the process of putting the final touches on the Suscon Attendee’s Guide to Toronto — a guide for folks on things to do and see in Toronto, as well as a reference for hotels and Airbnb rentals close to the venue. We aim to have the guide published online and linked here by Saturday, November 15th.

We will be sharing a link to our Suscon Attendee’s Guide to Toronto shortly which will provide links to suggested hotels and Airbnb rentals.

There’s no shortage of hotels and Airbnbs within close proximity to the venue for the 2026 Ontario Suscon.

We are exploring the possibility of arranging a Hotel Block for Suscon attendees and will update the website with that information as soon as possible.

ACCOMmODATIONS

When you’re not at the Suscon, the city has lots to offer.

Check out iconic spots like the CN Tower, Kensington Market, and the waterfront trail, or spend an afternoon in world-class museums such as the ROM or the AGO.

Toronto’s food scene is unmatched—everything from dim sum in Chinatown to late-night snacks along Queen Street West.

Whether you’re into art, music, coffee, or neighbourhood wandering, Toronto has something memorable around every corner.

We’ll be including suggestions on things to do and see in Toronto both here and in the Suscon Attendee’s Guide to Toronto which we plan to share by November 15th

EXPLORE THE CITY

FOOD
+ BEVERAGES

When you need more than the food options we have on site, there are several dining options within walking distance of the venue as well.

We will list restaurants and coffee shops to consider
checking out in the Suscon Attendee’s Guide to Toronto. We will be publishing the Attendee’s Guide on the website by Saturday, November 15th.

DINING OPTIONS

This year we plan to have snacks available on site at the venue, including vegan and gluten-free options. We want to make sure that attendees have the best experience possible and we feel that having snacks and things like coffee and tea available on site helps make sure people have what they need, when they need it without having to leave the venue.

We get it. We do it too. We often get caught up in what we’re doing and before we know it we’ve gone way too long without food or refreshments to keep us going.
