The Ontario Suspension Collective is excited to return to Green Door Studio in Hamilton for our next Suspension Sunday on August 2nd, 2026!
Whether you're joining us for your first suspension, returning for another experience with the OSC, or simply curious to learn more about body suspension, we'd love to have you join us.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
To ensure the best possible experience, please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and nourished. Being tired, dehydrated, hungry, or otherwise run-down can negatively affect your suspension experience.
ENHANCING YOUR EXPERIENCE
We encourage you to bring music for your suspension. Many people find that music helps deepen and amplify the experience. We have access to a sound system that can be connected directly from your phone.
We also encourage you to bring a trusted support person. Having someone familiar present can help reduce anxiety and provide additional comfort before and after your suspension.
Please arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled suspension time so we can begin promptly. While we do our best to stay on schedule, some flexibility is appreciated as timing throughout the day may shift slightly.
WHAT TO EXPECT
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your suspension, including your scheduled time, suspension style, and venue information. Your deposit is due by no later than July 9th, 2026.
Each suspension is scheduled for approximately 1.5 hours. Because we have limited access to the venue, we must adhere fairly closely to the event schedule.
Please Note: If you are planning a suspension involving 10 or more hooks, elaborate rigging, or a particularly complex setup, please include those details in the Additional Comments section of the registration form. We can accommodate most suspension requests; however, depending on how elaborate the suspension you have in mind is, we may need to adjust scheduling or discuss alternative arrangements, such as a private suspension session. We are offering private suspensions, both outdoor (weather permitting) and in-studio, so please feel free to inquire about this opportunity.
THIS IS A PUBLIC EVENT
OSC members, volunteers, and other suspendees will be present throughout the day.
We will be hosting Public Open Hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During this time, a small group of visitors interested in seeing body suspension firsthand may be present to observe and ask questions.
If you would prefer to suspend in a more private setting, we recommend selecting a suspension time earlier in the day, before Open Hours begin.
If you are interested in a fully private suspension experience, we can arrange one outside of this event. Please contact us at ontario.suspensions@gmail.com to discuss private suspension options.
EVENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS
Once we have received your completed registration form, we will review it and send you an invoice.
COST
The cost to suspend at our Suspension Sunday events is $225 CAD.
A non-refundable 50% deposit ($112.50 CAD) is required to secure your suspension time slot.
Final payment details and deadlines will be included with your invoice.
Registration fees for Suspension Sunday events are non-refundable.

Our preferred method of payment is Interac e-Transfer sent to: ontario.suspensions@gmail.com
When sending an e-transfer, please include the event name and invoice number in the message field.
If you are unable to pay via e-transfer, please contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
Payment in full as soon as possible is appreciated.

There is a limited number of spots available for this event, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

CONSULTATION CALLS
We offer consultation calls to anyone interested in suspending with the Ontario Suspension Collective.
If a consultation is not required prior to registering for the event, you'll receive additional information about scheduling your consultation call afterward. Again, if you would like to speak with us before registering, please email us to arrange a consult.
HOOKS & SHACKLES
Hooks and shackles will be provided for your suspension.
The hooks used by the OSC have been previously used and subsequently cleaned, processed, packaged, and sterilized by OSC members trained in the sterilization cycle for body-piercing.
If you plan to provide your own hooks, please ensure they are properly packaged and sterilized, and that the sterile packaging remains intact and uncompromised. Please note that we are unable to provide on-site sterilization during the event. If you need hooks processed ahead of time, we may be able to do that for you if we receive the hooks at least one week prior to the event. You can email us at ontario.suspensions@gmail.com for more information about the hook sterilization services we provide.
If you require assistance with cleaning, processing, or sterilizing your own hooks prior to the event, please contact us at least 10 days before the event to make arrangements.
HOOKS FOR PURCHASE
At this time, we do have a limited number of new hooks available for purchase.
We have PS-2 Hooks (6g Sea Demon style hooks) and Mutant Squad Gilson Hooks available for sale. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

2026 ONTARIO SUSCON

We are excited to invite you to the 2026 Ontario Suscon in Toronto, Ontario, from April 3rd - April 6th, 2026
This unique four-day event brings together body suspension practitioners and suspension enthusiasts from across the globe to learn from one another, collaborate, and explore body suspension in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the suspension community, this event offers a transformative experience with workshops led by some of the most experienced practitioners in our community and experts outside of our community.
In addition to workshops, there will be plenty of time on the suspension floor to learn in a hands-on, collaborative way. This safe and supportive environment allows us to learn from one another and work together. This year we are providing more hands-on learning opportunities, dedicating time, space and practitioners to run demos on cleaning, marking, piercing, rigging, belay, bio and post. We are also going to be doing product demos on supplies and equipment for facilitating suspensions.
