Our next Suspension Sunday is happening on Sunday, November 16th at Green Door Studios in Hamilton.

This full-day community event brings together experienced practitioners, first-time suspendees, and long-time supporters for our regularly programmed suspension meets!

We’re super excited to be back in Hamilton at the Green Door for the first time since the 2025 Ontario Suscon!

Event Schedule

• 11:00 AM – First suspension

• 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Public Open Hours

• 7:00 PM – Last Suspension

  • Visitors are welcome to drop in, ask questions, observe the suspension floor, and get to know the Ontario Suspension Collective.

  • Suggested donation for spectators: $25
