APPLY TO BE A VENDOR AT THE SUSCON!

Please only apply only once.

Once you submit your application, you’ll see a pop-up confirmation message confirming your application has been received. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email indicating whether your application to be a Suscon vendor has been approved. Once your proposal has been approved, we will share the link to the
2026 Ontario Suscon Attendees Facebook Group with you.

If your proposal is approved and you haven’t uploaded the requested files in the application form, we ask you to please email the following:

  • Your business logo. (Please send a high-resolution .png or .jpg file)

  • A brief statement about your business and the product/service you sell, manufacture or provide.

  • Share your website, your social media handles and any other places on the internet that people can find you

Advertising Opportunities FOR VENDORS & SPONSORS

the 2026 Ontario Suscon Event PROGRAMME

As part of this year’s Suscon Vendor/Sponsor program, we’re offering the opportunity to purchase advertising space in the official 2026 Ontario Suscon Event Programme. This printed guide is provided to all attendees.

It includes:

  • The day-to-day Suscon schedule,

  • The Ontario Suscon suspension protocols,

  • Short biographies for the instructors,

  • Class/workshop descriptions,

  • Advertisements for our event sponsors,

  • Other key event details

The Suscon Event Programme will be a highly visible and long-lasting way to promote your business and what you do within the broader suspension community.

The Ontario Suspcon is a grassroots, community-driven event. Selling advertising space to vendors and sponsors helps us offset the cost of printing and binding approximately 200 copies of our professionally designed Ontario Suscon Event Guide/Programme.

Your contribution towards this advertising effort will directly support our efforts to make the Ontario Suscon accessible, sustainable, and allows us to continue offering the best possible experience to attendees.

Available Advertising Options

We are offering a limited number of advertising placements, sold on a first-come, first-serve basis:

Full Page Advertisement

$100

  • Vertical layout (page dimensions are 5.5” x 8.5”)

  • Includes free design and layout of your advertisement

  • You provide us with: your logo, tagline, short description, and 3–5 photos

Half Page Advertisement

$70

  • Horizontal layout (advertisement dimensions are 5.5” x 4.25”)

  • Includes free design and layout

  • You provide: logo, tagline, short description, and 2–3 photos

Free Design Support Included

All advertisements include complimentary layout and design by our team.
Simply send:

  • Your logo (vector preferred but not required)

  • A short tagline or headline

  • A brief description of your business, products, or services

  • A selection of high-quality photos

We encourage vendors to submit images featuring:

  • You or your team making, selling, or providing your service.

  • Customers using or receiving your products/services

  • Images that you feel reflect who you, your team and your business are!

Limited Availability

We have space for 12 full-page advertisements and a limited number of half-page ads. If you’re interested, please confirm in your vendor application or provide us with your name, email and phone number in the form below. We’ll follow up with you ASAP!

We plan to send the booklet to the printer by no later than February 15th, 2026, so we’re ready to get started when you are!

All vendors will get their logo on a page dedicated to the 2026 Ontario Suscon Vendors free of charge.
